Taking notes while taking a watercolor/urban sketching workshop with watercolor painting Alvaro Castagnet, offered great insight into the creative design process of expressing urban form and powerful notions of light, drama and composition. It is quite loaded with lines and ideas; the note-taking process embeds the concepts in both mind and hand.
It is certainly 'in the doing'.
