Even though it was a beautiful Sunday morning on the UW campus at the Waterfront Activities Center and there were attractive scenes everywhere you looked, I lacked the motivation and inspiration necessary to sketch. Some days are like that; other concerns come to the fore and occupy one's mind. Nevertheless, I managed to do a couple of drawings. Here is a view of the Montlake Bridge from along the Montlake Cut.
I felt the same that day. Maybe we are just experiencing the "dog days" of summer. Nonetheless, your sketch is beautiful. I love seeing the foreground, middle and background.Thanks for posting so we could all enjoy your sketch again.
