Georgetown Trucks

The scrapped trucks under the overpass in Georgetown. I'd hoped to draw in the antique furniture shops but they are all closed Sundays. I've drawn these trucks before but from the street side.

  1. There is a human quality to your rendering of these trucks, as if it is not ready for old age and retirement...Great drawings.

  2. I've liked your earlier sketch when I'd seen it before. Still awesome. I think I really like this era of truck style. Not old enough to be a really old vehicle but hardly modern at the same time. (Beautiful because of the ugliness? Almost a Soviet quality - functionality dictating design)
