Rogue Sketchcrawl in Ballard!

I really enjoyed meeting and drawing with everyone!
Things nautical always seem to make good subjects don't they?

This ship was so big that they had to park it (yes that's me showing off my fancy maritime vocabulary) over on the other side of the canal.

I daresay everyone who lives in Seattle has waited for this bridge at one time or another.

Even hard-working old boats still look good.

I've said it before and I'll say it again- statues are the best models. They hardly move at all.

It was great seeing everyone and meeting all you new folks. Let's do this again.

  1. Tim, these are just gorgeous. Your drawing of the sculpture is very moving -- especially impressive since I know that roving bands of fellow sketchers came over and interrupted you to admire your toolkit.
