Yesterday morning before going to the Imperial Citadel and Forbidden Purple City in Hue, Vietnam, I walked to the Perfume River and sketched this typical tour boat out in the river.
This is a lovely scene. The way the boat really stands out and the trees on the land contrast nicely to bring out the buildings, but not so much that they compete with the boat. Really nice. Makes me want to go to southeast Asia.
