Seattle USk Kicks Off Second Annual 10x10

Ten workshops taught by 10 of Seattle’s best urban sketchers – that’s what the 10x10 program is! For the second year, Seattle USk is taking part in the global Urban Sketchers initiative to offer a series of workshops on urban sketching techniques taught by local instructors in their home cities.

This afternoon at Daniel Smith’s Seattle store, we kicked off the program with a free event so that potential students could meet the instructors. Each instructor gave a brief presentation on their workshop. Then all the instructors spread out their sketchbooks on tables to give students a peek at their work.

Workshop registration begins tomorrow, March 4, at 9 a.m., at Brown Paper Tickets.
