The shows at Gallery North and Cafe Louvre in Edmonds were a great success. Thanks to Beth and Teresa for all their hard work organizing the show, Gallery North and Cafe Louvre staff, and all the sketchers who participated. It was fun to be included in the exhibit and to have the opportunity to sketch outside during the Oct 6 and 17th art walks. During the opening day I sat in front of Gallery North and sketched the sidewalk and my car (one of my favorite subjects:)) parked along Edmonds' Main Street. On the 17th I sat at Cafe Louvre and chatted with Tina and David while doing a very quick sketch while things were closing down for the night. All in all it was a great chance to spend some time in Edmonds, a sweet little town.
