The Sinking Ship at Pioneer Square
I tried to find an unusual/complex perspective, and found a good spot at the corner of 1st and Yesler looking down both James and Yesler, prominently framing between them what has been called the ugliest building in Seattle, the "Sinking Ship" parking garage. In adding the text later, I came across some really interesting history behind that site -- and this is what I love about sketching cityscapes: the endless stories and discovery!
